WE START WITH BEAUTIFUL, STONEGROUND SCOTTISH FLOUR, ADD FLAKY SEA SALT AND SCOTTISH WATER, MIX UNTIL THE DOUGH JUST COMES TOGETHER, THEN LET NATURE

AND TIME TAKE ITS COURSE.

IT TAKES UP TO 36HRS TO CREATE A SOURDOUGH LOAF FROM SCRATCH. THE LONG, SLOW FERMENTATION PROCESS PRODUCES BREAD THAT IS FULL OF FLAVOUR AND CHARACTER, IS GOOD FOR YOUR GUT AND HAS GREAT KEEPING QUALITIES
